Our coach-led skill development sessions focus on learning game play, positioning, and strategy so you can feel confident on the ice. Through guided drills and scrimmage scenarios, you’ll sharpen your awareness, improve decision-making, and understand where to be—and when—during every play.

Put your skills into action in a fun, fast-paced environment. Our scrimmages give players a chance to experience real game situations without the pressure of league play. It’s the perfect way to practice positioning, teamwork, and strategy while enjoying the excitement of full-ice hockey with fellow Northern Lites players. 

1. Download the App:

Search for "TeamReach" in your app store (iOS or Android) and install the application.

2. Create an Account:

Launch the app and follow the prompts to register, choosing to sign up with your email, Google account, or Facebook.

3. Join a Group:

Select the "Join Group" option within the app 

Group Name: Northern Lites Women's Travel

Enter the unique group code provided to you.

4. Accept Terms and Conditions:

You will likely be prompted to review and accept the app's terms and conditions.

5. Start Participating:

Once joined, you can begin using the app to access updates, communicate with your team, and participate in group activities.
